These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Player,” or “you”) and our gaming platform (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to verify your identity through various methods including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation. Account registration implies your consent to undergo such verification procedures. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action without prior notice.

5. User Conduct and Account Suspension

Any behavior that violates applicable laws, infringes on other Users’ rights, or compromises the integrity of our gaming environment is strictly prohibited. We maintain the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct without reimbursement of remaining balance in certain circumstances.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses; engaging in collusion or fraud with other Players; using bots or automated tools to gain unfair advantage; harassment or abusive communication directed at support staff; money laundering or terrorist financing; underage gaming; use of prohibited substances during gameplay that impairs judgment; and violation of any applicable local, state, or national law.
We employ advanced fraud detection systems continuously monitoring for suspicious patterns including unusual betting behavior, rapid account funding and withdrawal cycles, and coordinated play across multiple accounts. Any account flagged for suspicious activity will undergo investigation, during which gameplay and withdrawal privileges may be temporarily suspended. Any dispute arising from these Terms, account activity, game results, or financial transactions shall first be addressed through our internal complaint resolution procedure. Users must submit written complaints within 30 days of the disputed incident. Our compliance team will investigate and respond within 14 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes proceed to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in accordance with Indian law. The arbitrator’s decision is binding and enforceable in any competent court.
By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably waive the right to pursue legal action in court and consent to binding arbitration as the sole remedy for dispute resolution. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
